Singtel is the biggest telecommunications operator in Singapore, and it’s been offering telco services since the 1800s. Nowadays, Singtel offers a range of mobile and fibre broadband plans to customers. While there are lots of bundle plans, Singtel offers two main speed tiers. Singtel fibre broadband plans
If you visit the Singtel broadband page, you’ll find around 8 plans, all based on two speeds: 5Gbps and 10Gbps. Every Singtel broadband plan has a 24-month contract. Note that all Singtel plans have a $61.04 NetLink Trust (NLT) upfront fee for new customers. Unlike no-frills competitors like WhizComms and SIMBA, Singtel fibre broadband plans typically offer a good range of features, including a router or mesh system.
There are plenty of other features, too, like a home line and 12 months of Broadband Protect. Most Singtel plans also include between three and 12 months of Microsoft 365, Broadband Protect, or HBO Max Standard. There are also free one-month trials for Singtel Home Protect Flexi, Parental Control Pass and Security Suite Triple Protect.

Singtel has three plans built on 5Gbps symmetrical speeds. The cheapest is the 5Gbps Enhanced Plan for $44.90 per month (for new sign-ups), and it comes with all of the features above and a HB611 router. Next is the 5Gbps Enhanced Mesh plan for $49.70 per month, which has the same features but an extra mesh router for greater coverage in your home.
Then there’s the 5Gbps (WiFi 7) + Lifestyle Bundle for $66.90. It includes a Singtel HB611 WiFi 7 router, all of the features above, plus your choice of a lifestyle gadget, like an iPad A16. There's also the 5Gbps (WiFi 7) + Lifestyle Bundle, which includes all the features above plus an extra mesh router for added connectivity.
Although you'll find cheaper, faster options from SIMBA, WhizComms, ViewQwest, StarHub, M1 and MyRepublic, they offer far fewer perks.

Singtel also offers a few broadband plans built on 10Gbps symmetrical speeds with the same features listed at the top of this section. The cheapest is the 10Gbps Enhanced Plan for $39.90 per month, which is the cheapest fibre broadband option offered by Singtel. It includes a TP-Link HB810 WiFi 7 Router. Alternatively, consider the 10Gbps Enhanced Mesh Plan which includes an extra HB611 router for $50.70 per month for new sign-ups.
There's also the 10Gbps (WiFi 7) + Lifestyle Bundle for $79.00 per month. It comes with one TP-Link HB810 router, and your choice of a lifestyle gadget. There are more options compared to the 5Gbps lifestyle bundle, and you can choose from a Dyson V12 Origin, Samsung U8000H LED 4K TV, Mowe Smart Home Package, PRISM Q43QE Google TV, or a Nintendo Switch 2 for $10 extra per month.
Finally, there's the 10Gbps Mesh (WiFi 7) + Singtel TV pack for $56.26 per month, which ships with one Singtel HB611 WiFi 7 router, a TP-Link HB810 router, and a Singtel TV box. You can also select one Chinese, Malay, or Tamil Singtel TV pack.
All of those features add to the overall cost, so it’s unsurprising to see Singtel beaten by other 10Gbps plans from our database, including SIMBA, WhizComms, ViewQwest, MyRepublic, StarHub and M1.

At the time of writing, Singtel fibre broadband plans included device installation, on your choice of weekday or weekend. You’ll need to wait for your NetLink Trust fibre termination point to be activated, which happens outside the home, so you don’t need to be present. Choose a day for the Singtel WiFi installation appointment, keeping two power points free: one for the Optical Network Router (ONR) and the other for your router. If you have ordered a mesh WiFi system, you’ll also need a power point per mesh unit.
Singtel fibre broadband plan add-ons
Singtel offers a range of fibre broadband plan add-ons, separated into security, productivity and lifestyle categories. Here’s all of the Singtel security add-ons:
- Broadband Protect (no contract): $3 per month for network-level protection of devices in your home (one month free).
- Broadband Protect Plus (no contract): $6.90 per month for an additional layer of network-level protection of devices in your home (one month free).
- McAfee Security Suite Triple Protect (no contract): $13.15 per month for McAfee Security Suite Triple Protect security tools, including Dark Web monitoring and a virtual private network (VPN) for up to 20 devices (one month free).
- McAfee Security Suite Plus (no contract): $10.08 per month for McAfee Security Suite Plus antivirus, firewall, and privacy protection for up to 20 devices (one month free).
- Qustodio Parental Control pass (no contract): $6.01 per month for five devices or $10.08 for 10 devices. Parental controls to filter content, set screen time limits, and control app usage (one month free). McAfee Security Suite Plus and Qustodio Parental Control pass can be bundled for $13.13 per month.
- NordVPN: $9.90 per month for no contract or $5.90 per month with a 12-month contract. Virtual private network and threat protection for 10 devices.
Singtel also offers two productivity add-ons:
- SingNet Email (three-month contract): $7.03 per month for 10GB of secure email storage, which includes anti-spam and a virus scanner (three months free).
- Microsoft 365 (no contract): $15.49 per month for one person (Personal) or $18.99 per month for up to six people (Family). Microsoft Office suite with 1TB of cloud storage (three months free).
Then there are a few Singtel lifestyle add-ons to consider:
- Singtel Home Protect Flexi: $8 per month for comprehensive home content insurance with no lock-in (one month free).
- WTFast (no contract): $12.22 per month for one device or $20.38 per month for four devices. Optimised traffic pathing to reduce latency and lower packet loss (one month free).
- Spotify (no contract): $10.98 per month for a music streaming subscription with no ads and unlimited skips from a library of 50 million songs.

Singtel is better than StarHub if you want a bigger range of plan features, but StarHub is a better choice over Singtel if you want cheaper fibre broadband plans.
