GOMO has some great perks and decent customer support contact options. Their main form of customer support is an on-site chatbot that'll answer any questions and troubleshoot any minor problems. If the chatbot can't assist you or you'd prefer to speak to a human, it'll transfer you over to a staff member.
GOMO has a relatively high Seedly rating at 4.3, with customer service rated lowest (at a still respectable 4.2-star rating), while all other categories are rated 4.5. The most common issues seem to lie with the live chatbot and the time it takes for an agent to respond to queries.
