GOMO, giga, SIMBA and Circles.Life are four competing mobile providers in Singapore. They may not be as big as Singtel or StarHub, but they do compete closely on price, data, calls, and texts. Then there are their plan inclusions to consider.

Before we compare these mobile providers, here’s a look at these mobile providers’ best value plans today with at least 50GB of data.

GOMO, giga, SIMBA (TPG) and Circles.Life networks

GOMO, giga, SIMBA (TPG) and Circles.Life all operate on different mobile networks. GOMO is on Singtel, giga is on StarHub, Circles.Life is on M1 and SIMBA has its own mobile network. According to OpenSignal's December 2025 Mobile Network Experience Report, StarHub has the fastest download speed, while Singtel wins for upload speed. When it comes to download speed, Singtel follows closely in second place, with M1 in third place. In both upload and download speeds, SIMBA (TPG) is the slowest overall.

The cheapest plans from GOMO, giga, SIMBA and Circles.Life are all under $15. All four mobile providers have SIM-only mobile plans with 30-day durations. SIMBA has an even cheaper one at $5 per month, but it’s only available to those aged 60 and older.

The cheapest plan of the four mobile providers, which is available to everybody, is the SIMBA SuperRoam 10 SIM Only Plan. It costs $10 every 30 days for 400GB of data, 15GB roaming data, unlimited incoming and outgoing local calls, 600 IDD and SG fixed line minutes, plus 100 SMSes. For giga users, the cheapest available plan costs $10.19 (plus $2.04 upfront) for 100GB of data every 30 days and 2GB roaming data. It also includes 300 minutes of outgoing local calls and 300 local outbound SMSes.

Meanwhile, Circles.Life users can expect to pay $10.80 every 30 days for 350GB of data and 1GB roaming data. They'll also get unlimited outgoing and incoming local calls. Finally, GOMO's cheapest widely available plan costs $12 a month (plus $2 upfront) for 200GB of data, 8GB combined roaming data, plus 300 minutes of outgoing local calls and 300 outbound local SMSes.

The most expensive SIM-only mobile plan from giga costs $28 a month. You'll get 1TB of base data, 29GB of roaming data, as well as 1,500 minutes of outgoing local calls and 1,500 outbound local SMSes. It's better value for money than SIMBA’s most expensive plan, which will set you back $39 every 90 days. It comes with 500GB of data, 35GB roaming data, unlimited outgoing local calls, 100 outbound local SMSes, and 800 combined SG fixed line minutes and IDD minutes to selected countries.

The priciest Circles.Life plan costs $30 for 1TB of data, 102GB roaming data, unlimited incoming and outgoing national calls, and free CirclesAI access. GOMO's most expensive plan costs $50 for the first month but comes with unlimited local and international data for 50 destinations (note that a fair usage policy applies), plus unlimited local calls and SMSes.

SIMBA has the cheapest SIM-only plan overall and giga is the cheapest for the pricier SIM-only mobile plans

All of the mobile plans we’re comparing have at least 50GB of data. The best overall dollar-to-data value belongs to SIMBA.

The SIMBA SuperRoam SIM Only plan takes the top spot at $10 a month. This plan includes 400GB of data, 15GB roaming data, unlimited local outbound calls, 600 IDD and fixed-line SG minutes, and 100 SMSes.

Circles.Life comes in at second place for best dollar-to-data value with their plans. For Circles.Life's 4G Core SIM Only plan, you can expect to pay $10.80 every 30 days. You'll get 350GB of data, 1GB roaming data, and unlimited outgoing and incoming calls.

In third place is GOMO's 4G Value SIM Only plan costs $12 a month (plus $2 upfront) for 200GB of data, 8GB combined roaming data, plus 300 local outbound minutes and 300 SMSes.

Finally, there's giga's 100GB 4G SIM Only plan, which costs $10.19 per month (plus $2.04 upfront) for 100GB of local data, 2GB roaming data, 300 outgoing SMSes and 300 local outgoing call minutes.

We advise sticking with SIMBA for the best dollar-to-data value overall. Alternatively, consider these plans from other mobile providers in Singapore with at least 50GB of data.

The best dollar-to-SMS value comes from GOMO and giga SIM-only mobile plans. Both the GOMO 4G Value plan and giga 100GB 4G SIM Only plan include 300 SMSes.

In second place is the SIMBA SuperRoam 12 SIM Only mobile plan with 100 outbound local SMSes.

While there are plenty of Circles.Life plans that offer great value for calls and data, most plans only include 25 outgoing SMSes.

Alternatively, consider these plans from other mobile providers in Singapore with at least 100 SMSes.

GOMO vs giga vs SIMBA (TPG) vs Circles.Life: Regular inclusions

It’s standard for mobile providers in Singapore to offer plan add-ons at extra costs. These add-ons can include extra data, calls and SMSes, plus international direct dial (IDD) and data roaming. But we also like it when mobile providers offer valuable standard inclusions.

SIMBA (TPG) SIM-only mobile plans tend to come with at least 15GB of data roaming and IDD. All data can be used in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, with plans $10 and above also for use in Indonesia and plans $12 and above also for use in Thailand. More expensive SIMBA mobile plans also come with bigger data roaming allowances, plus up to 700 IDD minutes.

Cheaper Circles.Life plans are quite bare-bones, with at most 1GB of roaming data. However, most 5G plans include CirclesAI access (ChatGPT 5.2, Google Gemini and Perplexity Sonar).

All giga plans come with data rollover, roaming data, plus $6 per person you successfully refer to the mobile provider (up to six people). GOMO mobile plans include data banking, roaming data, and caller ID.

Because the value of plan inclusions is personal preference, there’s no clear winner here.

GOMO vs giga vs SIMBA vs Circles.Life FAQs

Is GOMO or giga better?
giga and GOMO are close competitors on the StarHub 4G and Singtel 4G networks, respectively. That said, giga has better value for calls and SMSes.

No, Circles.Life and M1 are two different mobile providers. But they do both use the M1 4G mobile network.

Is Circles.Life better than GOMO?
Circles.Life has better dollar-to-data value for more of its plans than Gomo. But GOMO has better dollar-to-call value and dollars-to-SMS value for all of its plans compared to Circles.Life.

Is SIMBA (TPG) better than Circles.Life?
SIMBA (TPG) and Circles.Life compete closely on dollar-to-data value, but SIMBA takes the lead if you compare all plans. Circles.Life has a plan with unlimited calls, but SIMBA has higher rankings for better overall value for calls and SMSes.
