RedONE in Singapore is ceasing operations this month

RedONE Mobile Singapore is closing their doors for good.

In a post to their socials, the telco told customers that it would be ceasing operations on the 30th of June 2026. Existing customers are being urged to make the switch to Eight before service disruption hits. A notice on their website states that making the switch to Eight will give customers better plans, extra benefits, and more value.

Customers can make the switch by visiting any of Eight’s four service centres or via the RedONE 1 App. To make the switch to Eight, simply:

Log in to your redONE 1App.
Fill in your details, including your delivery address.
Once your Eight SIM card arrives by mail, follow the activation instructions, and you’re good to go.

RedONE has said there’ll be no upfront costs to switch to Eight, and even better, you can enjoy up to 2 free months of service when you switch. Customers can keep their existing mobile numbers when they switch to Eight or switch to an MVNO of their choice.

It’s worth noting that even though RedONE Mobile Singapore is shutting up shop, RedONE Malaysia will operate as usual.
