How do I activate data roaming?

Will I get charged if I turn on data roaming?
If your mobile provider supports data roaming, you may be charged a pay-as-you-go rate while overseas. Check with your provider for a data roaming add-on to help avoid data fees while travelling in eligible countries.
How do I know if I’m data roaming?
