The MyRepublic 4G Essential plan normally costs $9.90 per month, but new customers pay a cheaper $6 monthly fee for the first six months. Those porting in get the discount for nine months. In terms of basics, you get 288GB of M1 4G data, 200 local call minutes, and 100 local SMS. There aren't any excess data fees, either. This MyRepublic mobile plan also has 3GB of data roaming for use in Malaysia and Indonesia.

For the cheapest SIM-only plan, Singapore has other options on the M1 network. Maxx has the same typical pricing as the cheaper MyRepublic plan, with discounted pricing for the first year. Alternatively, Changi Mobile offers slightly more data and more local call minutes for $12 a month. You'll need to spend just under $15 a month for M1's cheapest SIM-only plan.
