Note that MyRepublic roaming add-ons are for data only. Outgoing call charges while roaming are a combination of the zone you’re travelling in and the IDD rate. Incoming calls are based on the zone you’re in. While we couldn’t find a breakdown of the specific destinations online, MyRepublic has three roaming zones. It costs $1.50 per minute to make and receive calls, plus 15 cents per sent SMS in Zone 1 destinations. In Zone 2 destinations, it’s $2 per minute for making and receiving calls, and 65 cents per sent SMS. It costs $4 per call minute (incoming and outgoing) in Zone 3 countries and $1.15 per sent SMS.
MyRepublic customer service
Most MVNOs forego a lot of support channels in order to keep prices low, but that isn't the case for MyRepublic, which boasts more than just an online FAQ section. For those looking for help, there's also an online chat service (with both AI and human assistants), multiple physical stores, and even a technical support hotline on +65 6717 1680 that's open daily from 9 am to 2am.
It's these extra touches that keep MyRepublic Mobile's Seedly rating at a healthy 4.2 stars out of 5.
