In December 2025, Changi Mobile announced it will be ceasing operations on 28 February 2026. Current customers should receive an email detailing the transition, with most being moved over to M1 Maxx's $10 plan, which includes 400GB data, 16GB roaming data, 500 minutes, 50 SMS and 300 IDD minutes.

Changi Mobile is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) in Singapore that operates on the M1 mobile network. It’s been operating since 2021. All of Changi’s SIM-only mobile plans are 4G offerings with generous data allocations, plus included data roaming for selected destinations.

All Changi Mobile SIM-only plans include free incoming calls, incoming SMS, caller ID and port-in. There are also no contracts for any Changi Mobile plans, and there are zero activation fees. But you may have to pay a fee for SIM card delivery.

Changi Mobile’s cheapest plan is the 180GB FlexiLite SIM Only. It costs $10 per month for 180GB of local data, 200 local call minutes and 50 local SMS. You’ll also get 1GB of monthly roaming data for use in Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. This Changi Mobile plan also includes 100 international direct dial (IDD) minutes to Bangladesh, China, India and Malaysia. The 280GB FlexiGo SIM Only plan is Changi Mobile’s next option, which costs $15 per month. It comes with 280GB of local data, 500 local call minutes and 100 SMS. Users also get 3GB of roaming data to use in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand. In terms of price, this Changi Mobile plan is towards the middle compared to other plans from our database with at least 280GB of data. Changi Mobile’s priciest plan is the 480GB FlexiMax SIM Only for $25 a month. In terms of local inclusions, it has 480GB of data, 1,000 call minutes and 200 SMS. This plan also has 3GB of roaming data for use in 22 selected destinations, plus 2GB of daily roaming data for use in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand. Follow these steps to sign up for a Changi Mobile SIM-only plan:

Changi Mobile plan add-ons

Changi Mobile has a few mobile plan add-ons to choose from. For $1 a month, users can roll over unused data, call minutes and local SMS. There aren’t any specific IDD add-ons, but there are different call rates for 220 international locations. For other add-ons, Changi Mobile offers 100 SMS for $6. Additionally, you can get 100 more local call minutes for $1, 250 more call minutes for $2 or unlimited call minutes for $30. There are also local data add-ons:
