After months of rumours and leaks, the Google Pixel 10 lineup was finally unveiled overnight in a star-studded launch event. As expected, the announcements included the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold, as well as a new Pixel Watch 4 and Pixel Buds 2a.
Everything new coming to the Pixel 10 lineup
New additions to this year's lineup include the all-new Tensor G5 processor (which Google claims has a 34% faster CPU), Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on both the front and the back of the devices, and an Apple MagSafe-esque Qi2-enabled wireless charging system dubbed "Pixelsnap", which will work with MagSafe accessories.
The base Pixel 10 will have three rear cameras for the first time ever, comprising a 48MP main lens, a 13MP ultrawide lens, and a 10.8MP 5x zoom lens. The Pixel 10 Pro, Pro XL, and Pro Fold, on the other hand, have the same camera setup as last year's models.
Speaking of the Google Pixel 10 Fold, it's all about durability this year, with a completely re-engineered hinge and the first (and so far only) IP68 rating in a foldable phone.
Google is continuing to go all-in on AI, serving up a handful of new features, including:
- Magic Cue: A sort of personal assistant that proactively surfaces information or photos when you need it, across multiple apps.
- Camera Coach: AI-powered suggestions for improving your photography.
- Auto Best Take: An evolved version of Best Take that automatically combines similar group photos into one shot that shows everyone looking at the camera.
- Live Translate: Real-time translation in phone calls that reads the translation back to you in the caller's voice.

The Pixel 10, 10 Pro, 10 Pro XL and 10 Pro Fold are all available for pre-order now via Shopee and Lazada. Pixel 10, 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL units will ship out from August 28, while those after the Pixel 10 Pro Fold will have to wait until October 9.
