Just as we've come to expect a new iPhone every September, we also expect a new Samsung Galaxy flagship every January or February. This year, it's looking like there'll be a slight delay for the release of the Samsung Galaxy S26 lineup, and that's not the only change we're likely to see with this year's flagship series.

Although the announcement is still a few weeks away, here's everything we know so far about the Samsung Galaxy S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra, including expected Singapore pricing and release dates.

What do the Samsung Galaxy S26, S26 Plus and S26 Ultra look like?

If you were expecting a major design overhaul this year, you're in for a bit of a disappointment. Renders based on leaked designs indicate the Samsung Galaxy S26 series will retain the same design that Samsung has been refining over the last couple of years, albeit with slightly more rounded corners.

What is new, however, is the colour selection. According to a leak by a Finnish retailer to SuomiMobilli, all three models—the S26, S26 Plus and S26 Ultra—will come in Black, White, Sky Blue, and Cobalt Violet. It is possible that more colours will be available (including a rumoured iPhone 17 Pro-inspired orange hue) in different markets, so watch this space.

What new features do the Samsung Galaxy S26, S26 Plus and S26 Ultra have?

Much like the lineup's design, the S26 series' cameras aren't expected to change significantly, either. Most leaks suggest that instead of megapixel increases, with the base S26 and S26 Plus maintaining the same 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP telephoto lenses as last year, and the S26 Ultra keeping its 200MP main, 50MP ultrawide, and 10MP and 50MP telephoto lens setup. What we're more likely to see is larger sensors for better low-light performance, a larger aperture on the Ultra's main lens, and behind-the-scenes software improvements.

As we've come to expect from the Galaxy S series, the chip used will vary based on region, with US, Japan, China and South Korea markets set to get access to an S26 powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, and Europe, India, Africa and other markets are likely to get the Exynos 2600. At this stage, RAM is unlikely to change from the previous generation.

Finally, taking a cue from Apple, Samsung is rumoured to be dropping the 128GB storage variant from all models, making 256GB the new standard.

Samsung Galaxy S26, S26 Plus and S26 Ultra Singapore price

Given that the official Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event is still a couple of weeks away, we can only base our best pricing estimates on last year's S25 lineup. Below is a reminder of what those prices looked like.

Samsung Galaxy S25 prices
Model Price
Samsung Galaxy S25 From $1,288
Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus From $1,478
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra From $1,828

If you'd rather purchase your new Galaxy S26 on a plan, we're expecting all three major telcos (Singtel, StarHub and M1) to offer it.

As tends to be the case, the best value option is to purchase the device outright and pair it with a cheap SIM-only plan, like one of the below.
